Logan

This was logans head the day we received the helmet.  As you can see it is pretty flat.
We went and saw the doctor 3 weeks later and he measured his head, he was really impressed with how much it has grown already.  When we first went and talked to him he told me that he wasn't sure if they could completely fix it by the time his head sealed up, but he told me that he should be out of it in 2 to 3 months.  I can already tell a huge difference I am so glad that it is working so well!  It is amazing what they can do now and how small they can make the helmets.  Logan had a rough time getting used to it at night but is doing much better!  The grocery store is still hard to go to just cause everyone stares but it doesn't bother as much as has and i think Logan likes all the attention.
Logans favorite toy right now is the remote.
He is one happy little man.
He loves to eat!  Everything and anything!
Just relaxing with his uncle david.  LOL this is right before his bath, he loves playing with is hair when is helmet is off.
Logan crawling for the first time!  YAY!  I love that he only uses his arms and his legs are going a million miles an hour! I just love this boy so much!

Brachycephaly

Logan was diagnosed with Brachycephaly a couple months ago. Which means his head is flat in the back. The doctor suggested that we get a helmet for him which will help correct it over time. It finally came in on Monday. It has been a very long process trying to figure out funding and insurance so I am glad we don't have to worry about it anymore. He should have it for at least 4 months (I am secretly hoping it won't take that long!) He has been doing really well with it. I was expecting a couple of rough days but so far he doesn't mind it. I think he likes it on when he is rolling around, he doesn't have to be so careful with our wood floors. He is still his happy, easy going self which I am greatful for.
