Gifts

So I have tried to keep myself busy this winter by making Logan a couple new things.  I made him flash cards with a bunch of animals, boats and cars on them.  I made them for church thinking that it would keep him quietly entertained.  Well I was very wrong, instead he made all the animal sounds he new when we got to the pictures, and not quietly either.  So now we keep them at home and he plays with them here where he can be as loud as he wants to be.
I also made him this belt, he is built like his daddy and is very skinny and can't keep his pants up.
Jonny got an early graduation present.  Our mac is about to die and thought it would be fun to get a desk top.  We love it, although it is more used for games then anything else.

Mr. independent and RSV

Our poor Logan had RSV the week before we moved.  I took him into the doctor and he told me there was nothing we could do, we just needed to let it run it's coarse.  This was the sickest I have ever seen him!  We watched a lot of movies, read lots of books and cuddled on the couch.  He has never been a cuddly baby so this was a good change for me.  For 2 days when I would get him up for the day it was like getting a newborn dressed, he would just lay there limp, usually I have a very wiggly toddler on my hands.  We are very lucky it never got bad enough to take him into the ER.  This RSV lasted a good week and a half and is contagious for at least 3 weeks.  The doctor said that this year it is spreading like crazy, and that it is common in babies.  I never new how tiring it is to have such a sick baby!  It is a beast and I would not wish it on anyone.  Jonny and I both got it but wasn't as bad.
This picture just wants to make me cry he was so miserable.
I was having a rough day, it was day 7 with Logan having RSV and I was tired, Jonny bought me Jack in the box and these flowers! Such a great husband.
He soon perked up and got back to his normal self!  He has become quit the independent little guy, or so he thinks!
He has decided that he is big enough to feed himself with a spoon.  That is why he is still in his pj's we just take them off and wash them when he is done.  We are still working on making at least half in his mouth.  But he is loving his new talent!

Moving

We were able to pick up our little family and move to Boise!  We have lived in Rexburg for all of our married life, 4 1/2 years!  We are very ready for a change!  We loved the collage life but it will so nice to move on!  We have been wanting to do this for awhile but were waiting for Jonny to be done with school.  Jonny only has one on line class to finish up and then he is done woot woot!!  He will graduate in April with his Bachelors degree!  We moved the day after valentines day!  It was freezing in rexburg when we left and 50 degrees in Boise!  Such a great change!
A couple of days before we moved Jonny and I both got colds, it is so hard to concentrate on moving, packing and cleaning when you feel like crap!  Jonny had it much worse he spent all day on Thursday out in the 20 degree weather packing the moving truck, so he spent most of the rest of the day like this!
Thank goodness for family!  David helped Jonny with most of the packing the truck!  Which was a huge help! Abbey and Justin helped clean and watch Logan!  They saved me from a sleepless night of cleaning!  I was so sick this night Jonny and I both went to bed at 830 when we were done cleaning.

Logan LOVES Abbey, sometimes even more then his mom!  I think he was just done with me from the week before ( He had rsv, which means ALOT of nose wiping!)  She is greatly missed by him (and by me!)
Our last picture before we left!  We are a bunch of sickies in this picture!  We will miss this house!  For those of you who don't know, we were house sitting in a VERY nice house for the Rasmussens!  They we very nice to us and we will miss all the space we had(and the huge craft room)!
